Counselling and psychotherapy helps a person look at their personal problems, understand them and deal with decisions about moving forward. We listen accurately to your concerns in a supportive and accepting way and help you develop insight and strategies to cope using your own resources.

Costs

Counselling sessions are charged at £50.00. These last fifty minutes. Reduced fees are available on request for those on benefits. Our aim is to enable our clients to independently manage their issues when they feel able. There is no fixed length to a course of counselling.

Appointments

We offer counselling sessions throughout the day from 10.00am and most evenings, with the last session finishing at 9.00pm

Getting in touch

When you first call you can speak to either Jane or Phil to discuss your concerns in confidence. If you wish, we will make an appointment for a free assessment session where you can meet your prospective counsellor and begin the counselling process. At the end of the session you will be offered a programme of counselling best suited to your needs. Counselling is usually weekly at the start. You are under no obligation to continue after the first assessment session and anything you may have revealed in the assessment will remain confidential.
